Hold luggage Allowance for Fares not entiteled to any Hold Luggage   for Fidelys members :

• Classic Card Holders:  No extra allowance Hold luggage. As part of a commercial goodwill gesture, 10 kg instead of 8kg cabin baggage could be accepted. Fidelys user ID have to be introduced beforehand in the booking reference reservation.
• Silver and Gold Card Holders:  One extra 23kg Hold luggage will be allowed.

Updating your personal data

• Enter your fidelys number while booking your flight or purchasing your ticket. The first and last names on your reservation and your ticket must matchthose in your fidelys account.
• Update your first and last names, your phone numbers, email address and your ID number in your fidelys account.
