Given the exceptional circumstances caused by the spread of Covid-19, Tunisair offers its passengers more flexibility by providing them with the possibility of changing travel dates free of charge under the following conditions:
  • - Passengers who purchased their tickets between September 23, 2020 and December 31, 2020 in order to travel before March 31, 2021* inclusive, are allowed to change their travel dates** without change fee.
  • - A possible fare adjustment may apply in case of non-availability of the initial fare.
  • - Any change must be made 24 hours before the departure date of the initial flight. In case of a No-Show, the initial conditions of the fare you purchased will apply.
* In case you want to change your return ticket to travel (return flight) after March 31, 2021, the current fare conditions will apply on the return coupon.
** New travel dates must be between September 23, 2020 and March 31, 2021..
